Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or incorrect item selection.

  • Cross-border purchases (international orders are non-returnable).

2. Eligible Returns (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may qualify for a return under the following process:

  • Notification & Proof: Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated address using a trackable method. The item must be sent in its original packaging and include any free gifts received.

  • Shipping Cost Reimbursement: Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will issue a store credit coupon equal to your verified return shipping cost (based on the tracking information).

3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Approval & Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 48 hours), an approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund Timing: Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Important Notes

  • Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees, the following costs will be deducted from any potential refund:

    • Original shipping costs.

    • Return handling fees.

    • Any other applicable charges incurred.
